Hi everybody

at first it looks like the Deskpro can handle every reports wishes I have. However I have a bit of a probem being absolutely certain.

What I need is

a. report to know the time from incident is recieved to first reply - across categories

b. report to know the time from incident is recieved to the ticket is closed.

I seem to only be able to find a summary report of the time a ticket has been open ?

Hi

Furthermore I need only to have the ticket statistics count in business hours.
Meaning that if a ticket is arriving at saturday, it should start counting as open at monday morning, so I don't get wrong stats.

Hi there,

We do not have reports for those time-based criteria yet. We are working on improving these features, I think it is safe to say that these will be in the next version.

But I can't give any guarantees on the business hour limits. We have had other customers ask for this as well, but it is a bit more involved then simply adding new reports. It is definitely on our feature-list though.
