Minor bug

Though this is not really a bug but just to let you know... The bugs listed below are from user interface

1.) The redirection after rating the faq is not working.

2.) The Japanese translation isn't complete. There are still some places remain as english.

3.) Some problem with the interface after changing to "Dutch" language.

4.) Missing CSS at the "Email this article to friend" page.

Just noticed that when you subscribe to receive updates for more than one articles. At the email subscription page, only the last article is shown...

(ie. Subscribe to article 1 then article 2, only article 2 is shown under subscription page)

The XML (http://v3demo.deskpro.com/feeds/kb_rss.php) generated by the Deskpro have an extra domain path in every article link.
(ie. http://v3demo.deskpro.com/http://v3demo.deskpro.com/kb_view?ref=1456-DFRD-2345 instead http://v3demo.deskpro.com/kb_view?ref=1456-DFRD-2345)
