To ensure that our support resources are used to support licensed customers only, the DeskPRO support forums will now only be accessible to those with a valid and active license.
To be given access to these forums, please log in to the members area (http://members.deskpro.com) and click on the Support tab. Add your email address to the form. The email address must match the one used to register on these forums (check your profile (profile.php?do=editpassword)).
Note that your members area account is separate from your forum account. You must log in to the members area with the email/userid and password you got when you first purchased DeskPRO. If you have lost these details, there is a "lost password" form. If you are still having trouble finding your members area login details, submit a support ticket to support@deskpro.com.
