No imagens displaying

I'm having problems displaying the images on the report and other pages where images should appear. They do appear broken. I transferred them first as binary then as ascii and both ways resulting in broken links. Some ideas?

Can't put Notifier to function. It displays a window saying: Feed invalid/unavailable at the source url. But as I checked, the corresponding feed file is located where the link is pointed to. What's next?

Where in the software should I define the values for the service/time to be charged?

A: For this question, I respond to myself: I find out that my domain was enabled with hot hyperlink blocking direct reading of images outside from my host and not specified permission given from inside my site.
In this way, this question is solved. It continues however remaining the following two questions.
